RFID Inc. offers a variety of industrial RFID tags and readers that offer a rugged and robust industrial identification solution for applications of duress. RFID industrial identification products can survive all weather conditions, whether placing tags underground or on industrial assets that sit outside in the summer sun, frozen winters, or as depicted on deep-sea cables surviving years of usage 10,000 feet below surface level. Rugged RFID technology allows for the fastest and most accurate identification process by simply applying an RFID tag to an industrial asset and pairing it with an industrial RFID reader.
Precise and accurate industrial identification products ensure that you always have the identification information you need relating to the logistics and processes of your industrial facility. Our industrial RFID tags and readers are best suited for use in factory automation and manufacturing processes due to their slim design and their ability to read and write at long range. Our industrial RFID tags can be quickly installed in challenging locations and on industrial containers. In most cases, RFID tags and RFID antennas will be the best solution for your industrial identification needs.

13.56 MHz HF RFID PVC Laminate Tags
SKU HF-1561
PVC or Fiberglass HF 13.56 MHz RFID Tags are laminated adding a robust quality while maintaining a thin package. Available with both ISO 15693 and 14443 NFC memory chips.
Glass Ampoule 13.56 MHz RFID Tags are used in opportunities requiring a small footprint and excels when mounted in or on metal. Available with both ISO 15693 and 14443 NFC memory chips.
High Temperature 13.56 MHz RFID Tags are typically applied to paint curing ovens or other high temperature processes found on the factory floor or in an industrial identification setting. Available with both ISO 15693 and 14443 NFC memory chips.
PVC Laminate LF 125 KHz RFID Tags offer an added robust quality while maintaining a thin package and are popular for tote or pallet identification, available with or without sticky backing.
Known as the RFID brick tag, plastic wedge and/or coffin tags due to its unique shape, the brick tag excels in applications requiring a small footprint as they can be embedded in space-restricted applications. Brick tags also offer great durability as they can withstand physical stress and are resistant to water, chemicals, acids, and temperature extremes. Brick tags can also be mounted on or in metal.
ActiveRFID 433 MHz Tags contain a battery and are thus capable of much greater read distances up to 2000′. Two of the four models have replaceable batteries, all of motion sensors to report data should they be moved, and external power wiring to exclude the need for a battery.
ActiveRFID 433 MHz Readers have an internal RFID Antenna however external Antennas can be added to increase range. Data protocols include Wiegand, serial, and TCPIP Ethernet as well as Modbus RTU. The handheld RFID Reader included on this line can also act as an RFID Tag locater. Readers also have a range tuning feature.
PCB/FR4 RFID Tags UHF 915 MHz offer a low profile and are designed to be applied to assets, servers, pallets or attachment to rigid item, and are adept in surviving high temperature RFID applications.
Ceramic UHF 915 MHz RFID tags offer metal mount ability as well as elevated temperature specifications. Ceramic RFID tags are also heat, water, and chemical resistant.
Ceramic RFID Tag Applications
Electrical components for automotive industry such as board and parts management.
Surgical management and medical devices for medical industry.
Re-usable is the best described feature behind both of these specialty RFID Tags, easily applied and removed. Clip Tags can be applied to virtually any object while the Plant Tag is obviously intended to be inserted into the dirt of a potted plant and the flat surface area can accept a label for human readability.
This Reader ports up to 4 addressable RFID Antennas with USB and Serial communications standard on all models, and further offer standard Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Devicenet, Modbus TCP & RTU. Two lines of I/O are also standard. This Reader can also write to RFID Tags and has a range tuning feature.
SPR/A stands for Single Piece Reader & Antenna, a single package integrating both RFID components and comes USB and Serial communications standard on all models, and further offer standard Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Devicenet, Modbus TCP & RTU. Two lines of I/O are also standard. This Reader can also write to RFID Tags and has a range tuning feature.
